Well, we are finally off on our adventure today !! We are leaving here about 3 PM.
The directions for this trip are easy, 215 North to 138. Next 138 West to 5. Lastly 5 North to Canada. With any luck, Marjie and I will be enjoying a salmon lunch at the Canadian border on Monday.
Man you would not believe our truck. It is COMPLETELY packed. Every square inch. I'm concerned that if we hit a hard bump, the whole load will explode and send camping stuff off in every direction :) I believe we have packed enough stuff for a family of six.
Well, see you all around the first week in October.

The Route
Take Interstate 5 all the way North to Bellingham, Wash. and then follow the coast back to San Diego. Spent one night at Shasta Lake, Ca. (Northern end of California near Redding) where the cabins are old railroad cars.
